Who we are

The Energy × AI Summit is organised by Enjins, together with The Stack and Norrsken House Amsterdam. Enjins is responsible for the data you submit through this website.

What we collect

• Your name, work email, organisation and role.
• Whether you are a founder, investor or corporate, and whether you'd like to attend, speak or partner.
• The short description of the challenge you're working on, if you add one.

We don't store your IP address with your application. Cloudflare checks each submission for bots (Turnstile) and limits the number of submissions per connection; Cloudflare processes your IP address for that check only.

Why we use it

To review your application, keep a balanced group of attendees, and send you event information. We don't sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.

Where it is stored

Applications are stored in a private Notion workspace that only the organising team at Enjins can access.

How long we keep it

Until three months after the event, unless you become a customer or partner and agree to further contact.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing hello@energyaisummit.com. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
